Q: What are optional Add Ons?
A:  Optional Add Ons are used when adding a particular color to the resin, rather than just clear. We offer glitter and leaf flakes to help add "sparkle" to your piece as well. 
 
Q: How do I know the amount of ashes  that I need to send you?
A: For jewelry, you only need to send about 1 tablespoon.  Non jewelry items may vary. 

Q: How do I mail the ashes?
A: Place ashes in a Ziploc bag and then place into another Ziploc bag for an extra layer of protection. Please reach out to us directly for specific details.

Q: How do I care for my jewelry?
A: Remove jewelry when showering/bathing. Polish lightly with a dry cloth periodically. To remove any trapped dirt, run jewelry under cool water and dry with a soft cotton cloth. It is NOT recommended to wear jewelry while in the pool or ocean, while tanning (spray tanning) or while using harsh chemicals.

Q: Can you give me more information on shipping?
A: Absolutely! Just make sure you label your baggies with your name and contact information. Be sure to send breast milk out First Class Mail with USPS. Get a tracking number; once you've received the tracking number, e-mail Magnolia.Allen42@gmail.com with that information. Once the product is complete and ready to ship back to you, we will provide a new tracking number once we ship. Reach out to us if you have any questions on specific shipping information. 

Q: What is the turnaround time?
A. 
The turnaround time depends on what item(s) are purchased. For now, we will say at least 4-6 weeks after receiving your inclusions. Some items may be in stock and which will result in faster turnaround time. 

Q: Do you only offer Sterling Silver?
A:
Our products range from Sterling Silver to pure 14k Gold. If you have special requests, please do not hesitate to reach out. 

Q: If you don't use all of the inclusions (ashes, hair, burial dirt, etc.), what do you do with what's left?
A: We will ship any unused inclusions (besides breast milk) back to you, along with your order.

Q: Are you able to incorporate flower petals into any of the pieces?
A: We sure can! We can use flower petals, burial dirt and hair. Reach out to us if you have any other requests.

Q: Do you offer anything other than jewelry? 
A: We do. Currently, we have heart and paw print keepsakes that are not jewelry. We are in the process of adding more non-jewelry items. Definitely reach out to us if you have specific requests. 

Q: What if I want to order something without inclusions, am I able to? 

A:  Definitely!  Be sure to just put "no inclusions" in the box provided on the website.


Q: How much breast milk do I need to send you?
A: For jewelry, you only need to send 0.5 oz. Any milk works. Fresh, old or expired! Your milk just needs to be frozen prior to shipping to avoid milk from spoiling. It is okay for milk to be room temperature when received.

Q:  How do I mail my breast milk?
A:  Place your frozen milk into a Ziploc bag to prevent milk from leaking. Place that baggie into another Ziploc bag. You will then place double bagged frozen milk into a water-resistant padded envelope.  Reach out to us directly for specific details.
